PAYMENT + DEPOSITS:
​ All services require a deposit. NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT.
There is a $25.00, non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking. Deposits go toward the total balance of your service.
All remaining balances are to be paid at the time of your service.

LATE FEES + NO SHOWS:
There is a $15.00 late fee after 15 minutes of tardiness.

After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

No Call/No Shows will result in denial of any future booking requests.

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS:

If the client has to cancel their appointment, their deposit is valid for ONE rescheduled appointment within 60 days.

If the Soft Slay Specialist has to cancel an appointment, the deposit will be refunded to the client 100%.
